I Need To Become Familiar With Crystal Reports

I need to become familiar with Crystal Reports. One of the ladies that work for my boss is taking an extended leave of absence. My boss wants me to start learning what she does so that I can take over her duties while she is gone. I will get paid more which is great. I am a single mom and I can always use more money. I need to find some resources that will help me learn what I need to know.
